When returning merchandise, please make sure these steps are taken:

- Notify NBHC via phone or email.

- Include a photocopy of your original invoice or receipt.

- Include a brief note explaining the reason for the return.

- All returned items must be sent via prepaid shipping. Returns sent COD shipping will be refused.

- Credit will be given only for items that we physically receive and inspect. To avoid any complications, be sure that you insure your return shipment.

- Returns must be in brand new, mint condition where possible, in the original, undamaged manufacturer?s packaging including all packaging materials.

- If damage occurred during transit, please do not dispose of the packaging or item. Contact NBHC immediately.

- All items returned without fault will incur a 20% re-stocking fee. This fee is not negotiable. Please choose your products carefully.
