Each kit has been reproduced and updated while still retaining the classic lines of the original. The Flutter-By is a unique rocket and is a blast to build and fly. Launch it up - then watch it flutter down! This rocket is 7.7 inches tall and is able to soar up to 1,000 feet. Assembly required.
