The Hobbywing UBEC 3A is a compact external switch-mode DC-DC regulator designed to provide reliable power for receivers, gyros and servos in RC models. Compatible with 2-6S LiPo batteries and 5-18 cell NiMH/NiCd packs, it delivers a stable power supply while reducing heat generation compared to traditional linear BEC systems.

Selectable 5V or 6V output allows compatibility with a wide range of radio systems and servos. With a continuous output current of 3A and advanced switch-mode regulation, the UBEC is ideal for RC helicopters, fixed-wing aircraft, boats and vehicles where the ESC's internal BEC may not provide sufficient power.

The lightweight design weighs only 11g and includes reverse polarity protection, EMI suppression shielding and an LED status indicator for dependable operation in demanding RC applications.
